The Simulation
License
Non-commercial Simulation Use
iFab World grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our interactive fishing simulations for personal entertainment. This includes the high-fidelity arctic fishing modules and underwater drone telemetry interfaces. Any attempt to monetize access or broadcast raw simulation data for commercial gain without written consent is strictly prohibited.
User-Generated Reports
When you submit sector data or regional fishing reports, you grant iFab World a perpetual right to utilize this tactical intelligence to enhance environmental realism for the community.
Prohibited Engineering
Reverse engineering the frozen waters simulation engine or scraping ice-thickness modeling parameters is a breach of these terms. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for automated harvesting.
Operational
Integrity
We ensure our winter fishing game maintains peak technical performance. By using the portal, you agree to follow the fishing world community standards, focused on skill-based progression and strategic exploration in online fishing.
Environmental Realism & Disclaimer
iFab World provides an immersive fishing experience. While our mobile fishing simulations are grounded in real-world arctic research, results within the virtual environment do not translate to real-world angling success. We provide entertainment, not clinical survival training for frozen waters.
We are not liable for hardware overheating or mobile data overages incurred during remote arctic fishing sessions. Users are responsible for maintaining stable connectivity during deep-water frozen expeditions.
Termination of Access
- Manipulation of the Frost-Tech Simulation engine parameters.
- Harassment in community sector reports or tactical feedback logs.
- Violation of Malaysian digital hospitality regulations.
Governance & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from your interactve fishing adventure shall be settled in the courts of Kuala Lumpur. iFab World reserves the right to update these protocols at any time to reflect new adventure modes or environmental shifts.
